A domain is your website’s unique address, like hello.co.za. We advise against lengthy domain names to prevent potential misspelling and ensure your clients easily find you.
Should you decide to cancel hosting, please provide a 30-day notice. After this period, your website and emails will become inactive. If you wish to transfer, let us know, and we’ll assist in downloading your website and email files for a smooth transition to your new host.
While we can calculate a quote for a specific template, our primary focus is to design around the content you provide. Feel free to share websites you admire, and we’ll create a unique design inspired by them, ensuring no content or exact designs are copied to avoid legal issues.
We exclusively use WordPress, a user-friendly platform ideal for those who want to make their own updates.

No problem! We design your website on a demo link. Once you’re satisfied, we’ll make it live on your existing domain with your current service provider.
Turnaround times vary by package. Standard designs take 3-5 working days, Intermediate designs require5- 7 working days, and online stores or custom website development may take 10-15 working days.
We recommend .com domains only if you have international audiences. These domains come with an additional yearly cost starting at R230 once-off as they are considered top level domains.
Certainly! We provide login credentials for you to access your website. However, any issues that may arise would not be our responsibility. We can restore the website to its last backed-up version when it was in working condition but if that does not work we are charging R350 per hour.
